Terms

Rental Requirements:
Eligibility: Renter must be at least 25 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, and have a major credit card.
Verification: All renters must present valid identification and proof of insurance at pickup. Insurance coverage must include collision and liability for peer-to-peer rental vehicles.

Vehicle Use:
Permitted Use: The vehicle may only be used for personal or business transportation. No commercial use, racing, or off-road driving is allowed.
Prohibited Use: The vehicle may not be used for illegal purposes, to transport hazardous materials, or by anyone not listed on the rental agreement.

Rental Period:
Duration: The rental period begins at the time of pickup and ends at the agreed return time.
Late Returns: Additional charges may apply for late returns.

Payment and Fees:
Rates: Rental rates are as specified at the time of booking.
Deposits: A security deposit may be required.
Additional Fees: Charges may apply for fuel, mileage, tolls, cleaning, damages, or loss of keys.

Insurance and Liability:
Coverage: Renter is responsible for all damages not covered by insurance.

PROHIBITED USE

No off-roading or driving on unpaved or muddy roads. This can damage the undercarriage and tires.

1. Travel Restrictions

Vehicle must remain within the city or surrounding areas where it was rented, unless prior written approval is given.

Travel is limited to 100 miles from the city of rental.

Trips beyond this radius must be pre-approved. Unauthorized travel may result in additional charges and/or termination of the rental agreement.

2. Speed Limit & Driving Behavior
Maximum Speed Limit: 85 mph

Driving over 85 mph or more than 20 mph over posted speed limits is strictly prohibited.

Violations may result in immediate rental termination, additional fees, and may be reported to local authorities.

Aggressive driving, including rapid acceleration, hard braking, or drifting, is not allowed.

All vehicles are equipped with real-time tracking and driving behavior monitoring systems.

3. Fuel Requirements

87 Fuel Only

Refuel before returning and leave the fuel receipt inside the vehicle.

If not refueled, a $10 service fee plus the cost of fuel will be charged.

4. Smoking Policy

No smoking or vaping, including tobacco or marijuana.

Evidence of smoking will result in a $150 decontamination fee.

5. Pet Policy

No pets preferred.

If pets are transported, the vehicle must be returned clean and free of hair or damage. Cleaning or damage fees may apply.

6. Cleanliness & Car Wash

The vehicle will be delivered clean; please return it in the same condition.

A $150 cleaning fee applies for excessive dirt or interior mess.

7. Prohibited Use 

No racing, drifting, or burnouts.

No off-roading or unpaved/muddy roads.

The vehicle must not be used outside the United States or outside the 100-mile radius without written approval.

8. Vehicle Monitoring
All vehicles have GPS, manufacturer systems, and tracking devices to monitor:

-Speed
-Driving behavior
-Location

⚠️ Notifications are received in real time. Reckless driving or violation of terms will result in rental termination and may be escalated to local authorities.
