Sturty Cars LLC Terms of Service Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and provide accurate information. We reserve the right to deny service at our discretion.

2. Services Sturty Cars LLC provides vehicle rentals for personal, delivery, and rideshare use, subject to approval and availability.

3. Payments All payments must be made on time. You authorize us to charge your payment method for any fees, damages, or violations.

4. Responsibilities You agree to operate vehicles legally and safely. You are responsible for all tolls, tickets, damages, and misuse during your rental period.

5. Restrictions You may not allow unauthorized drivers, use vehicles illegally, or drive under the influence. Violations may result in termination without refund.

6. Damage & Liability You are fully responsible for any damage, theft, or loss during your rental period and agree to cover all related costs.

7. Chargebacks You agree not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us first. Fraudulent disputes may result in service termination or legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability Sturty Cars LLC is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, vehicle issues, or service interruptions.

9. SMS Communications

Text Message Program Terms & Conditions By submitting your information through our website forms and checking the required consent checkbox, you agree to receive SMS messages from Sturty Cars LLC at the phone number provided.

Opt-In & Consent:

You will only receive messages if you have explicitly opted in

We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable laws

Consent is not a condition of purchase

SMS Data Protection: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties.

10. Disputes All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas. You waive the right to a jury trial and class actions.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any updates.
